Hi Can you help.

When importing a simple csv I can preview it the rows no problem but then the Next step to import the file I get.
An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
403
error on import - Access to this resource on the server is denied!

We are running Litespeed server if that makes any difference

Hello,
403 error means something is blocking CSVI. It could be because of security plugins like Admin tools installed on your site. Try disabling the plugin and check the import.

Fantastic, of course that was the issue. I disabled "Backend Protection" and all was well.
