we just bought thesoftware to import users. at our test website it went ok, but at the life website it give the error:
No column headers have been found in the file
But the file works perfect on the test website with the same asci file
This is the content:
"email";"username";"usergroup_name";"password"
"istefanescu@kphuisartsen.nl";"I.Stefanescu";"PO";"BB2121B"
"s.vluggenpoh@xs4all.nl";"S.Vluggen";"PO";"ET6291V"

both websites have Joomla 3.9.6 and SCVI Pro 7.11.0
But the life website is a copy of the old one of 4 days ago
I checked all parameters but they are the same??

I am curious about the solution.. Leon

Hello,
Can you update your available fields on live site and then run the import? Check if this fixes your error.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
