Hello Sam,
Can you post your import file? Let me check it here by running an import.
If you are on latest CSVI 7.7.0 version, check How to get debug information? document and LIMITING NUMBER OF LINES IN DEBUG LOG section to know to limit the debug log entries. This way you can post smaller debug log for us to check.

Hello,
Latest version is CSVI 7.7.0 and not 7.6.2
Your import file is not UTF-8 encoded. When i check the file using CSVI Analyser it shows unreadable characters. Check the attached screenshot.
Yes, I am using latest version CSVI 7.6.2 version, and I checked that ''Enable logging'' is set to Yes.

Hello Tharuna,

Yes, I am using latest version CSVI 7.6.2 version, and I checked that ''Enable logging'' is set to Yes.
Now I limited the import file (import-1.csv) to few lines, to be smaller
Please find the attachment the import file big (import.csv) and smaller (import-1.csv)

Sam
