Hello,
Your screenshot shows that images have been created but has not been downloaded. Are you downloading these images from a remote server? Recently there was a user who had the same issue and he solved it by setting allow_url_fopen to "on" on his server. The post related to this issue is here. Try this solution and if you still have issues post your import debug log and sample import file to check. To know on how to get the debug log, check Where to get debug information? section on top of this page.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

I have reviewed the changes that are discussed in the forum, I have also verified that the GD libraries are working correctly, but still not working.
I put my php.ini configuration

allow_url_include = On
disable_functions=show_source, system, shell_exec, passthru, exec, phpinfo, popen, proc_open
allow_url_fopen = On
display_errors = Off
enable_dl = Off
file_uploads = On
max_execution_time = 90
max_input_time = -1
max_input_vars = 1000
memory_limit = 128M
session.save_path = ""
upload_max_filesize = 2M
