Resolved Error Import VM products

Hello,
when I try to import products in VM 3.0.12 with CSVI 6.4.2 I get the error in the attached pic.
I have tried to adopt the solution at the following link but without success

The log file is over an 100MB

Hello,

Are you sure you want such long slugs? You know the slug will be used to construct the URL right?

That slug might be longer than the value allowed in the database, so it truncates it and you will end up with duplicates.

The log file is over an 100MB
It is better to test with 10 products rather than with all, at least you can see quicker what is going on.

The main issue is that I think the slugs are just longer than the allowed length. It's a URL that isn't readable anymore :)

ok, I understand what the problem can be. But the slug is made automatically accordingly to the product name in the CSV file, right? The fact is that I get CSV files from different companies so I cannot control all the articles names. Is there a way to change how this slug is made during the import? Or the only solution is to change the articles name?

Ok it worked now! I heve set the slug as the sku so it is for sure unique.
