Hello Dorota,

So I have debugged this issue to see if I can get the same error but I have been unable to reproduce it. The reason I cannot reproduce it is because Joomla is always loading the JComponentHelper before CSVI is even started.

Can you post your import template for us to test with that? You can run a backup of your template via Maintenance -> CSVI -> Backup templates.

What is weird is also that even if Joomla doesn't load the file before CSVI, when CSVI wants to use it Joomla should automatically load the file. Does this file exist on your site: libraries\cms\component\helper.php

Are you doing this on a server or on a local machine?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi,
I tried on new joomla installation, I uploaded joomla, installed patch and it doesn't work.
I have now this error:
Fatal error: Class 'JComponentHelper' not found in /home/www/administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart/helper/com_virtuemart.php on line 1204.
Best regards

Hello Dorota,

This error indicates something is broken in your system. The JComponentHelper is automatically loaded by Joomla. In your case this means that the file cannot be found. I would recommend to re-upload Joomla to make sure all files are there. You can do this by going to Components -> Joomla! Update -> Upload & Update. Once you uploaded Joomla again, see how it goes.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Dorota,
Can you try to load the attached patch file from CSVI maintenance menu and see if it solves your error?
