Hi, I want to import Virtuemart products but have error "An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server."
Joomla 3.6.2 + VirtueMart 3.0.10 + CSVI 6.6.44
CSV file loaded on tmp folder and show import file contains lines, but after release "start import" have a error, screenshot on attachment

There could be possibility for an javascript error on the page. Can you check the page using Firebug console and send us the screenshot on what you see?

Hello,
You are not seeing response tab because something is stopping CSVI in its process. The issue is you are not seeing the actual error which is stopping CSVI. Can you try to set Error Reporting in Joomla global configuration page and on Server tab to System default and try the import? See if this shows any error and post the screenshot of the same.

unfortunately did not work, I tried all :(
4 days trying to still can not get to find the cause

You mean you dont see any error when you set Error Reporting to On in Joomla global configuration page? Can you send a screenshot of what you see with error reporting? Also, did you check your server logs in case there is any error logged?

Hello,

Just want to add my 2cent, looking at the screenshot, that shows the frontpage of your website. This looks like you have some kind of extension that seems to intercept the call by CSVI. Check if you have any Admin Tools/RSFirewall kind of extension installed and if so, you need to whitelist CSVI so it doesn't interfere.

Thank you for sending your administrator login details. In previous post, Roland had posted to check if you have whitelisted CSVI with your firewall extension. did you check it and you still have an issue? can you confirm this before i look into your site?

Yes, I check, I have Admin Tool - Marco's SQL Injection, it can interfere, but after plugin disable and enter CSVI in whitelist, the error is not passed

Ok, thank you for the information. But I am not able to reach to your administrator login page, pulling administrator URL takes me to front page of the site. Can you please check?

Hello,
I looked into your site, did a test import but it did not go through. Your firewall is still blocking CSVI as the import is taking to the front end of the site. I am not sure how your firewall has been setup as i don't see any Admin tools installed on your site. You need to check your firewall again and whitelist CSVI.
