Hello,
Please take a look at 500 Error document which will explain few causes for this error. The actual error causing 500 error will be in your server logs. You need to find and post the actual error from your server error log and without that detail it is very difficult for us to help.

Hello,
The folder you posted had two files which are access log and error log. Unfortunately the error log file is empty and the actual error can be found from this file. Access log wont have any information on the error so it would be great if you can post the server error log. If you don't have access to the server error log your can ask your hosting provider.

Hello,
These are old error logs showing Fatal error about a VirtueMart file but has nothing to do with CSVI. We would need to see the your latest server error logs.

I used CSVI version 6.3 in combination with Joomla 3.8. This does not go well with import. Strange is that you see the example, but as soon as you want to import you get the error 500.
The combination CSVI 7.30with Joomla 3.8.2 works fine.
The reason for my late update is that the CSVI replace rule was not properly adopted in the earlier versions
With best regards
Drees

Hello Drees,
Yes there was a compatibility issue with Joomla 3.8 and was fixed with CSVI 7.3.0 version.
