Hi;

I've created an working template for importing users. All works fine.

Using the same template from the front-end, results in an error 500.
Lookting to my server's error log :

[Mon Oct 17 17:44:40.632983 2016] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 29179:tid 139778276050688] [client 999.999.99.999:33424] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getEnabled() on a non-object in /home/knr9999/domains/http://domain.nl/public_html/subdomain/components/com_csvi/controllers/imports.php on line 66\n', referer: http://www.domain.nl/subdomain/index.php

All files have 644 and folders 755

And the php version is 5.5.38

Any suggestions?

Thank you, that did the trick. Note that not only the file, but also the folder must be copied into the path you wrote.

Hello,
This is a bug in CSVI which is fixed and coming up in next CSVI version. Can you unzip the attached file and put it in yoursitelocation/components/com_csvi/ folder using FTP? This should fix the issue your are having.
