Resolved Error 500

Hello,
I'm trying to import virtuemart products, orders and joomla users but I'm getting error 500. Asked my hosting provider to send me information from longs:

Could you please advice me what I should do?

Hello,
The error you have posted shows issue with plugin with 10314, what is the name of the plugin with id 10314? Can you disable it and run the import?

Hello,
Thanks for reply. It looks like sent me wrong log. Plugin is JCH optimize but problem appears when is disabled and before I install it. Just ask them again. So get new error information from hosting provider and its excessed time. They increased the time, but now I get new error: Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY'. Could you advice me what I should do?

Hello,
For which import you are seeing this error? If its for VirtueMart product import check your #__virtuemart_products table and if there is an entry with virtuemart_product_id as 0, delete that row and try to run the import. If that is not the import you are trying then you need to paste me the full error along with your import details.
