Please post the information requested at the top of this page under Looking for a useful answer.
The problem is not the downloadurl. There is an issue with the Multi Variants, are you using them?
You can force the export by turning off error reporting by going to System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Error Reporting -> None and save the configuration.
It would be good to know why you get this error, I think it may have to do with a problem in your data.
