Resolved End of script output before headers: rantai.php

Hello.

I detected an error importing virtuemart product with the same template without changes. I updated joomla and components and nothing, same error. ThePhp version is 7.2 and joomla 3.9.2

The process throws an error 500 and the server logs shows that:

[Wed Jan 16 17:57:42.954597 2019] [core:error] [pid 25591] [client 84.39.181.134:59765] End of script output before headers: rantai.php
[Wed Jan 16 17:57:42.954562 2019] [fcgid:warn] [pid 25591] [client 84.39.181.134:59765] mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 30 seconds

I have check the permissions and all seems ok.

Solved!!!

Finally was the limit, I changed it that and it works properly.

Hello,
Looks like there is a timeout issue which is the cause for the 500 error. In your import template on Limit tab reduce the Lines per import to 50 or 100 instead of 1000 and check your import. Click on Advanced button if you don't see the Limit tab. Check if import finishes without the error. Have a look at Managed Timeout document to know on limit for imports.
