Hi,

I've just installed CSVI version 7.6.1 and a virtuemart extension version 7.6.0, it's my first time using CSVI but I've watched a lot of tutorials so I could use it properly. Also my Joomla! version is 3.8.7

At the time of doing an export (after creating my template which consists of only a product_name, category_name and product_price) the csv file that I download doesn't contain any data of the "product_name" and "category_name" only the "product_price" is filled. I tried with different fields, and I also noticed that the product_sku get filled meanwhile others don't. In my virtuemart product panel I can clearly see all of this fields showing up. I've done all the steps mentioned in getting started from resetting tasks to updating available fields... I spent hours trying to resolve it...

I've attached all the files required :

And since the debug file is too large I've put it here debug file.

Hello,
You have set language to be English in your export template, do you have your VirtueMart data in English language table? If not, you need to set your language in export template on Options tab and save the template. Run the export and check if you get the field values in your export file.
