To start: technical English can be a problem for me. So if possible, please answer in Dutch.
I created an order in Hikashop and removed that order later, without "emptying" the order.
If I download the "stock" now, it tells that a view products have been sold. However, they were not sold ...... I forgot to "empty" the order. I have had this once before and I have adjusted it in phpAdmin. I tried it again, butit doesn't work. I don't now where to changes this. Can you tell me where I can adjust this? Or is there another solution? It is very important because now it gives a wrong information. With thanks and kind regards

Hello,

Sorry but forum uses English as primary language. I will write my reply in simple English so you can follow.

How did you remove this order? Is it using HikaShop extension Orders page or using phpMyAdmin?

I have had this once before and I have adjusted it in phpAdmin. I tried it again, butit doesn't work. I don't now where to changes this. Can you tell me where I can adjust this? Or is there another solution? It is very important because now it gives a wrong information.

CSVI does not support order delete yet. You can check the Orders page in HikaShop and remove the order. That way all the data related to the order gets deleted. If you want to remove it manually using phpMyAdmin then you should be checking #__hikashop_order and #__hikashop_order_product tables.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Very sad it cannot be posted and answered in Dutch. I will try to explain once more.

- as a test I have ordered a few products frontpage in Hikashop
- as an administrator I delete the whole order backoffice, without empty the order. So I went to Hikashop "Orders" and I delete the order, while the ordered products were still in the order. So anywhere the "not-deleted" products are............. But I don't know where.
Another time I had the same problem and I could solve it with PhP myAdmin, but now I don't now where.........................
The options you gave me don't work, so I started to think "logical".............. and:.....

The solution is: to make a copy of the product and delete the "old" product.

Hello,
The issue you are having is more of an HikaShop support question and not for CSVI. CSVI is not responsible for deletion of your orders. We gave you a hint in order to help you to find the cause for the your issue.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
