Resolved emails not sending from ROCSVI

HI emails are suddenly not sending for reports that have been setup for many years. All other mails are going out fine from the server. Joomla 3.5.
Any ideas about where to start looking

Hello,
Since you are on Joomla 3.5 you must be using RO CSVI 8 version. Just so you know we no longer give support to Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 versions. Also there has been no change in email sending code in RO CSVI so this must be something to do with your mail sending server or in export template. Check if you have emails in spam folder and also check mail log to see if you can find any details.

Yes we fixed it thanks, Our server subdomain was missing an SPF record. All good now
