Resolved Duplicate entry '' for key 'slug'

As Tharuna pointed out, the CSV file is not properly formatted. You need to fix that first before it can be imported. Even with a spreadsheet program I can't get the file to display normal.

My suggestion is to open the file in a spreadsheet program like OpenOffice or LibreOffice and clean up the data, after that save it as a UTF-8 file. You can read about it in the Save a CSV file as UTF-8 document.

You import file is not of proper format, the content is all messed up. You can check your file using CSVI Analyser. You need to enclose content which has HTML characters using text enclosures, like mf_desc field. Correct your import file and check if the error is gone else post the latest debug log and corrected import file.
