Resolved Duplcate fields

Just updated available fields.

I have set up a new template and was adding the fields but so many are duplicated. When I select for instance VM product export and then go to quick add fields I see 36 x fields called modified_on. Many of the other fields are duplicated too.

I also have fast seller plug and wanted to export the product types I had created for each product by could only export the type names and ID and parameters but not what was added to each product.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Having the modified_on 36 times is a bit much ;) Can you follow the steps in the Missing fields in CSVI please. I wonder if you still get the same field 36 times.

As for the fast seller export please create a new thread with the information requested under Looking for a useful answer. I will have a look at what is going on.

I have followed the instructions in the link to reset and then update fields but this has not made any difference.

Hey David,

I wonder if something is wrong with your database. Can you remove the database table csvi_availablefields? After that install CSVI 6 Pro again and run the update available fields to see if that gives you a cleaner list?

ok just done that and reinstalled. But I get

Warning

Table 'XX_csvi_availablefields' doesn't exist SQL=TRUNCATE TABLE `XX_csvi_availablefields`

There is also a table called XX_csvi_availabletables

Looks like a definite error in the database.

The table availabletables is needed as well, we can leave that. Let's do a bit more, uninstall CSVI Pro, install CSVI Pro and install CSVI VirtueMart addon. Update the available fields after that, let's see if you get a better field list.

ok result

Uninstalled CSVI Pro and then reinstalled with VM plugin and Fast Seller plugin.

Updated available fields and then checked in templates and now only one of each.
