Resolved Dropdowns empty

Hello,

just bought the plugin. I'm new to joomla so please asl what you need to know. Joomla version is 3.8.1 CSVI Version is 7.9.

I played a little in your demo and bought the plugin. I downloaded the zip file and installed the plugin with this file.

After installation of the downloaded zip files and the package zip files under package i encountered a strange behaviour. When i try to create a template my component and operations dropdowns are empty.

reloading Available fields doesn't help.
What am i missing?

Hello Manuel,

If you go to Tasks and then select Reset from the toolbar and confirm with OK. Do you see anything in the dropdown after that?
