Hello,
You should have custom_title field to process custom fields and not customtitle. The customtitle you have added is related to product and not for custom field. Please change the field and try the import. If you still have issues post the debug log of the import. To know on how to get the debug log check where to get debug information? section on top of this page.

yes the custom_title works, but just import one custom fields, and i have seven, please tell me how i should write custom titles.
