Hi,

sometime, after setup export templates for RSForm with Date Range "lastrun" and with using cron on Our server, don't send some last subscriptions.

Unfortunately, I had to adjust export template with Date Range "none" == all subscription every export (We setup half-hourly).

Can I find some info inside logs or can You help me with my problem?

Hello,

What I am thinking is that the server time may be different from the time the subscriptions are stored. One way to find out is to set the export back to lastrun and enable the Log option in your template. Each run will then create a debug log and I would like to see 2 or more debug logs, so I can check the timestamps for the queries. If you can post those, that would be helpful to see why you are missing entries.

Export_form25
Export_form27
Export_form31

and tomorow I send some new information.

I modified the text below, as I was mistaken with the start time

Thank you for the logs. I have checked them and have a question for you. I see that we are talking about form with ID 11. The first log which runs at 15:00 shows the following restrictions:
WHERE `s`.`Lang` = 'cs-CZ' AND `s`.`FormId` IN ('11') AND `s`.`DateSubmitted` > '2016-11-27 14:30:18'

It is exporting all submissions that are made after 14:30:18. Looking at the second log which runs at 15:30 the restriction looks like this:
WHERE `s`.`Lang` = 'cs-CZ' AND `s`.`FormId` IN ('11') AND `s`.`DateSubmitted` > '2016-11-27 15:00:06'

Here we see that all submissions placed after 15:00:06 are exported.

Now it is clear that there is a gap there. The first run happens at 15:00:05 and the filter on the second run is 15:00:06. This is a gap of 1 second. I understand that if you have a busy site, that 1 second looks like a long time. I don't have a third log but I would think that every run you are missing about 1 second.

The submissions you are missing do they fall within this 1 second? If not, at which time are the submissions you are missing?

I have not heard back from you but I have an update for you. Attached is a patch file that I think may fix the issue you are experiencing. Can you load the attached patch file and see if this solves your problem?
