Hello,

Looks like you are using a Mac computer. In your template go to File tab and set the I'm a Mac to Yes. That should solve the problem I think. That is the only thing I can think of given the limited info. If that doesn't work, post a sample of your import file for me to check and the template settings used. You can do an export of the template via the maintenance option, where you choose CSVI and then Backup templates. There you can select the template and save it.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

Your file has a BOM or otherwise called as UTF-8Y. You can check point 4 of the Troubleshooting import errors document.

The other option is to turn off the Autodetect delimiters on the File tab and specify the delimiters yourself in the template settings.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

The error you see is no longer related to the CSV file, I assume that you did get a correct preview. There is nothing strange about the import file. What is stranger is that there apparently is an id field used by CSVI but doesn't exist in the database.

If you go to Logs in CSVI, do you see the debug log for that import? I would like to see that to see where it stops. This is assuming you enabled the debug logging in your template.

To check, I ran your import file on my test environment and that all went OK.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

Are you sure you enabled the debug logging in the template settings as explained in the How to collect debug information page?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

Thank you. That is indeed the debug info I was looking for. So I see this
Autodetect delimiters: Yes
, which results in this
2019-03-21 17:21:50 0 [DEBUG] Gevonden tekst scheidingsteken ï
2019-03-21 17:21:50 0 [DEBUG] Gevonden veld scheidingsteken: »
Those weird characters are the BOM I was speaking of earlier.

So as I said in an earlier post is to turn off the autodetecting and specify the field delimiter and text enclosure yourself. I saw you mentioned that makes no difference but I would like to see a debug log where this is set. Now it definitely is not going to work as CSVI can't find the fields to import.

Let's do that and check what is in the debug log then.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

You enter them on the File tab of your template. If you set the Autodetect delimiters to No the fields will appear.
Kind regards,

Hello,

Ah ok, I thought you know what delimiters you are using. Your field delimiter is a semi-colon ( ; ) and the text enclosure is double-quote ( " ). Specify them without the parenthesis, so just ; and ".
Kind regards,

RolandD
