Resolved does not complete the import to import all images

There is an error in your debug log "OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 104", this could be because there is a timeout error and the connection is closed by server. From what i can see you have set Lines per import to 10000 on Limits tab. You can reduce this number to 1000 or lesser and see if your import goes without error. You have also set Override system limits to Yes. The override of the system limits usually only work on dedicated or VPS servers. Even if you are running on dedicated server, you are also overriding the system limits with such huge numbers which is not good. Maximum execution time is the limit which script gets to complete one cycle of import. This should be something like 120 or 180 or 300 seconds. Same goes for Maximum amount of memory, it is the amount of memory script uses to run one cycle of import. Take a look at Managed timeout document on details. You can also click on Help button in the template to know what each field is used for.

I would suggest you to set Override System limits to No and reduce the lines per import and run the import. That should solve your issue.

i did all of your suggestions but still have the same error

if irun the xml witout the images fields then the xml is completed
if i eun to process images then i get this error
please suggest

Can you post the latest import debug log file?

didn't keep it, but the error was the same
i break the xml to 17 pieces and run it 1 by 1
and after all weekend i managed to sync with my wholesale
but i have to find what the problem is because i cant do this every time

I asked for debug log to compare with your previous debug log so i can check if the error is on the same product. On Limits tab, What is the lines of import you have set in your import template? Instead of breaking the import file, did you check reducing the Lines per import? Try reducing it to 100 or 50 and see if your import gets over with one file. Post the debug log if you still have any problem.

i try 50 100 120 150
with that one file
after i break it i run ok on 300 records
i me too thought maybe it was a product that why i started breaking the file

Since you are saying with 300 records import works then i don't think its an issue with product or its images. Check with the server people from where you are downloading the images from. For some reason the server is closing your connection after a specific time or number of downloads.
