Hi Roland, in ( Export / Virtuemart / User Info) is it possible exclude in the export file the user "Super Admin" and include in the export file only the users "Registred" ?

Hello,
This is not possible at the moment but we can think of adding shopper group filter as virtuemart assigns users to shopper group. You dont assigned "Super Admin" to any regular shopper group so it is excluded in your export file. Will this solve your problem?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hi, I've create a new shopper group "administrator" and I've assigned it to the user Super Admin.

The export include even this user.

What do you mean with "regular shopper group" ?

Hello,

Yes, everything is exported because you don't have the shopper group filter. Tharuna is going to make a patch and post it here. Once you have the patch applied, you can select which shopper group you want to export.
Kind regards,

Hello,
Try to load the attached patch file and set the shopper group filter in your userinfo export template and see if it solves the problem.

Hi, there is a problem.

In every new users the field "shopper_group_name" is blank and not "COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPERGROUP_DEFAULT" like the older users.

In this case the patch is wrong.

Is It possibile use the filter to choose the shoppergroup to exclude ?

Can you help me ?

Hello,

Oh you got to love those inconsistencies. So if I understand you correctly, we need to expand the COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPERGROUP_DEFAULT to include empty shopper groups as well. Perhaps better to add a separate empty shopper group name option because then you can also filter on those.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland, I don't love the inconsistencies but I have not other solutions.

As you prefer you can include empty shopper group or tell me how to create a empty shopper group name.

Thanks..

Hello,
I looked into this and dont understand the way how a new user is assigned to a empty shopper group. Virtuemart assigns default group automatically when a user is created. If you go to Virtuemart Shopper group page, there is a default group which says "New shoppers will be assigned to this group" and it does as it says. This is something you need to check in your site.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
I had a look at this again, it is just the display in the shoppers list page that user has been assigned to default group but there is no actual shopper group assigned as per database. Creating a empty shopper group is not possible. I will add an option to the filter to get users who are not assigned any shopper group and send you the patch for the same.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Can you try loading the patch file attached and see if it works? I have added a new option to the Shopper group filter as "No assigned shoppergroups" when selected will export all the users who has no shopper group assigned. Let me know on how it goes.

Good idea but there is still a little problem.

If i put in template only "No assigned shoppergroups" or only "ClientiDefault" it works well.

If I put both "No assigned shoppergroups" and "ClientiDefault" I find only users with "No assigned shoppergroups".

Hi tharuna, I have seen that virtuemart knows the user as "user group default" even if the field shopper_group_name is blank.
Another solution may be to use, for the filter, the field usergroup_name and not the field shopper_group_name.
Try to find the best solution.
Bye and thanks.

Hello,

The users you see have they been assigned to any shopper group? "No Shopper group assigned" will get all the users from Joomla users table but have not been assigned to any shopper group in virtuemart. Can you post the debug log?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

There are users with "default shopper group", there are users without "shopper group" and there are users "administrator". There are also User with "address type" different from the other filter "Building Adress".".
I just want to remove the administrators.
In attachment the log.
