Resolved Delete Prices does not work

Hi there,

CSVI 6.3.0
VM 3.0.8
J 3.4.5

I imported products in addition to existing products to VM successfully. But now the client changed some prices and there are price double entries - so I want to delete the prices only for the newly imported products.

I created an import with the required fields for price update as listed here:
http://www.csvimproved.com/en/support/import/203-virtuemart/912-import-virtuemart-prices
I attached the testfile with 2 products.

But it is not working.
What is the problem?

Hello Sigrid,

Looking at the log, CSVI can't find the existing price. I see you are using CSVI 6.3.0 but are you also using the CSVI addon version 6.3.0? It seems that this one is not updated. Your file is correct assuming the shopper group is set to *.

Hi Roland,

thanks for your fast reply.
I updated the Addon, now it is working.

However, I had to run the delete-import a couple of times to completely delete all prices that were built up with the first import. It seems it is always only one price per product deleted even if there are more for the same filter criteria. Obviously this cannot be possible when adding prices manually but on import I had 12 prices lines for one product. So I had to run the import 12 times to completely delete all price lines.

History:
The problem before was that there were duplicate SKUs in the import file (I got a patch file through the forum - see other posts from me) and it seems there was only one product added but multiple prices lines. So it added up to all.
