Resolved delete category in a product

I'd like to delete category in products.
How should I do ?

I tought that if I did not write anything in "category_path" or "category_id" it would erase it. But no.

No, if category_path or category_id field are empty CSVI won't process the fields. If you want to replace a category of a product you can use the new category in category_path and CSVI will replace the existing category with new category.
