In your export template go to the Fields tab and click on the Select button for Group Fields. In the popup select the field virtuemart_order_id and save the selection. Save the template as well and run the export, do you get all orders now?

With your sample data I was able to get all orders out.

Well, there should be 3 orders in the export. There is only one!

I have looked at the log and it ends with what I was expecting

AND DATE(`jos_virtuemart_orders`.`created_on`) <= CURDATE()

This code means that orders with a create date of today and before. To be sure, I created an order today and ran the export you send me and the order was exported. The CURDATE() gives a date of 2015-11-20, in case you want to compare it to your orders create date.

So if you say that todays orders do not export, you may have to look at the server time because that is being used for the export.
