Resolved Database import: Doesn't populate

Hello,

So I'm trying to import from the same database, from one table to the other. But as you can see below, it will not populate the left column.

If I set this up exactly the same on a test website (The one you have access to), it works.


Any idea what could cause this? I tried a lot of different settings and combinations. Just seems like a bug on the one website where it doesn't work. Also tried it with other tables.

Are you sure template in test site and main site are same and have same settings? If import works in one site then it should also work in other unless there is some change in settings. Can you post import debug log from the site having problem and also debug log from test site where import works? We can check what is different in both these imports.
