Could the provider be blocking the transfer of data from Icecat to my e-commerce?
Yes looks like it. For few products i noticed there is an error in debug log.
ICEcat error: Please, add this IP address 81.31.149.143 to the 'Allowed IP addresses' setting of your account.
Checking on this error in
ICEcat error messages page, it says "A request is made from a non-whitelisted IP address. Please, add the IP address to your Profile.". Try adding the IP address and run the import again.
