I try to export a my virtuemart product with their custom values (custom values have been created using plugin customforall).

When I check the list of available fields (Maintenance/Available fields (Filter : Export / Custom Filters / Custom filter
I can see custom_title (that's ok for it in my export file) but not custom_value ! I don't know why but this field (custom_value) is present in the Template field.

I click on the Update button (trying to detect it). When the process is finalized I can see an error in log details.
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 SQL=INSERT INTO `jnew_csvi_availablefields`

My log file is in attachement

I don't know if it's the reason I have not value for the field custom_value.
I attach an example of my CSV export to show you the problem in Column 'valeures'. Column contain (for all products) "~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall"

Thanks for your help

Hello,

When I check the list of available fields (Maintenance/Available fields (Filter : Export / Custom Filters / Custom filter
That is the wrong place to look. Custom Filters is a product by Break Designs while your custom field is part of VirtueMart.

So you need to look at the list using Export / VirtueMart / Product

Despite the error, is your list of available fields updated?

n Column 'valeures'. Column contain (for all products)
That is correct, see the Custom Fields For All for Virtuemart tutorial for details.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Ok, I've just check it. field custome_value is present like custom_title.

Why the CSV export contain the rights values for the column custom_title and for the the column custom_value, values are always contain that :
~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall~customfieldsforall

Let me know where I'm wrong.
Thanks for your availability

Because that is simply the way it works for external plugins. You need to tell CSVI somehow which plugin to use, in your case that is the customfieldsforall.

Did you look at the tutorial I linked? The values will be in the custom_param field.
Kind regards,
