Please post import debug log and template XML to check. Also post sample of your import file. To get the debug log see How to collect debug information? document. To get the template XML file from RO CSVI templates list page select the import template and click on Backup templates button. Post the downloaded XML file.

if the customfield is created it imports correctly, the problem is that howto create customfields in that import

To import custom fields you should use VirtueMart custom fields import template and this template does not import multiple values separated by ~. It can take only one value in custom_title field. RO CSVI cannot do any processing on custom values separated by ~ so you should be making import file in needed format using custom script before running the import.

Below XML with attribute node is good to use to import custom fields. You have to map title node to custom_title field. The other needed fields are plugin_name, custom_element, custom_value and field_type you can set below mentioned values as default in template fields for these fields. Try import and let me know.

it has to be a better way in one import to import all custofields

As of now using Skip field with 20 templates is the better way to import custom fields with complicated XML structure you have. A more better solution will be to ask vendor to provide and XML file with each name as individual node instead of having all names in one node separated by ~. That way you can import all custom fields in one import template.

You can ask for custom fields as separate import file with structure below. As of now you have attributes node inside product data and so you need to use Skip field but if you can get it as individual file with all custom fields under one attributes node then you can map custom_title to attribute/title field. That becomes each individual record to import. Let me know if you have any more questions.

it will import all customfield with one import?

You have <feature> node inside <product> node so here <product> node is the parent node and <feature> is a child node. In this case you need to use Skip field to import each child <feature> node. I am asking to make individual file with only <feature> nodes so <feature> is parent node and can be imported as each row.
