Resolved customer_note not exporting (Virtuemart)

Hi there,

Recently, data submitted in the Customer Notes section of our Virtuemart checkout has stopped being exported when exporting orders via CSVI Pro. Everything else is fine.

I can confirm that the customer notes data can be seen when looking at each order manually.

This function did work correctly until fairly recently and nothing has changed at our end except for updates but we've only just noticed customer_note isn't passing the data in a CSVI Pro export although it could have stopped working some time ago.

Just want to check if there's anything at your end you're aware of regarding this. Have looked closely and every seems to be set up right.

Can you tell us which version of CSVI you are using? Can you also post the export debug log to check?

Hello Monica,
As per the query in your debug log, customer_note field has been selected for orders. Are you sure there is customer_note value for billing address for all orders which are confirmed (C as status)?

Most customers don't enter customer notes.

On the ones that do, yes, under Billing details: Customer Notes in the backed of Virtuemart each order shows exactly what each customer enters in the customer notes box whether the order is confirmed or pending...

The problem is that this info is no longer exported with the CSVI Pro export and this is the problem.

This did work, then suddenly it stopped.

Are there any changes that you're aware of that could have caused this?

Hello Monica,
I found the cause for this issue and fixed it with the attached patch file. Can you load the patch file and run the export again?
