Hello Roland,

Thank you for CSVI 5.11. We are trying to do a custom fields import with CSVI but there are not any available fields, even if we have updated them.

We understand that the module CSVI is compatible with the following module, correct?

http://myext.eu/en/vmcustom-param-vip

or maybe this one?

http://breakdesigns.net/extensions/custom-filters

I understand your tutorial here is based on the 1st one (which is the one we have purchased):

http://www.csvimproved.com/csvi-documentation/tutorials/922-multiple-customfields-filter-for-virtuemart

Hello Chris,

Correct, that tutorial is for the Multiple Customfields Filter by MyExt.eu. You can use that as a guide to import the data for the module.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Thanks Roland,

Nevertheless, we cannot see any available fields, the dropdown menu (Field name) is empty!

Hey Chris,

There are no specific available fields for this import. You use the product import with the custom_title, custom_value and custom_param fields, as the tutorial mentions.

If that is not what you mean, you will have to post a screenshot for me to understand what you mean ;)
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Chris,

The Custom Filters Import is for use with the Breakdesigns filter, not the MyExt filter. The filter by Breakdesigns is called Custom Filters, hence the name :)
Kind regards,

RolandD
