Apologies if this is a repost; I've typed this out three times and keep being interrupted. I did check whether I'd actually submitted it or not and couldn't find anything...

I'm trying to implement CF4A. I believe I've got the file set up correctly and the template operation is set to 'Custom Field'. I've set the template to use the file for configuration. I have the CF4A plugins (yours and Sakis') installed and enabled. I don't know whether or not it's possible to import both CF4A fields and standard VM custom fields.

The file structure looks like this:


product_sku custom_title custom_values custom_param product_name product_in_stock product_price
123 DesignID~Designer~Products~Departments 111~Joe Blogs~Paper Clips~customfieldsforall ~~~Stationery the name 99999 1.99


When I attempt to import it, it reports "No supported fields have been found in the import file". What am I doing wrong, please?

Hello,
the template operation is set to 'Custom Field'

Since you are importing custom fields for a product as per the example file structure, you should be using Product operation instead of Custom Field. You can check Custom fields for all for VirtueMart to know on how to run this import.

If you are still having problem with your import, post the latest debug log to check. To get the debug log check How to collect debug information? document along with sample import file.

Hello,
Can you also email debug log and sample import file to tharuna@csvimproved.com? Also include your template XML file with the email, To get template XML go to CSVI Maintenance page, select CSVI Pro in first dropdown and Backup templates in second dropdown and select your import template and click continue. Send the downloaded XML file.
