Hi there,
I have exported user custom field groups from one website and want to import them into another. The import says the import was successful, but nothing gets imported. I have checked the database and the #__fields_groups table is empty.

Any clues?

Hello Thom,
You have id field in your import file, RO CSVI thinks the record already exists in database when it sees the id field and so tries to update the record. Since there is no record with the given id nothing is updated. You need to remove the id field and run the import so RO CSVI uses title field to check if there is already existing usergroup with the given title. If it does not exists, it creates a new record.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I have followed your lead and exported and imported everything as planned. Once I had put the logging on, I could see for myself what was wrong.
