Resolved Custom Field Import Problem (TILDE) in multi value

Hi all,
we are experiencing a problem with the custom field import process.

In particular, our template provides the amount of custom field multiple value.
If this field does not include the final tilde in the last value, the effect obtained is the total removal of the custom fields.
if instead I insert the tilde at the end of the last value, the custom fields are inserted regularly.

I give an example. See the name of image.

My system is:

Joomla 5.3
Virtuemart 4.6.4
ROcsvi 9.3.0

Can you help me?

Hello,
if instead I insert the tilde at the end of the last value, the custom fields are inserted regularly.

When importing custom_title and custom_value fields the count of values should be same else import will throw a message that count of custom_title and custom_value are not same.

If this field does not include the final tilde in the last value, the effect obtained is the total removal of the custom fields.

Check if you have set Delete custom field relation to Yes. This setting will delete custom fields before import. If that is not set to yes then post import debug log file to check. To get the debug log see How to create debug information? document.
