No there are no custom fields showing. They disappeared after I updated available fields after the last update.
This can be explained because CSVI empties the available fields table prior to updating.
2. Yes. But the only custom ones appearing are from my promart_products table
That can be explained as well, when you save the template, the available fields from the custom tables are added to the list of available fields.
So the root issue here is that the Update Available Fields is not doing. You posted a debug log earlier but that has no information because it doesn't log anything to the debug log only to screen. What we need to do is check the log of the update of the Available Fields.
If you go to Logs, you should see a list of recent activities and the Update Available Fields should be there as well.
Does it have a value in the column Records?
Click on the action name
CSVI Maintenance and half way down the page you should see the results of the update. You should see a lot of
Success result messages and a description like
Available fields have been added for table ... You can use the Search tools to filter the list for different statuses in case you have those.
