In CSVI Improved > Templates > Template > Options > Category
I can not see all my category's that are present in Hikashop.
There is only one category visible, but I want to chose some other category from hikashop to chose in the export.
As you can see in the screen shots, there are several category's present in Hikashop, but in the template options I only can chose one.

Nevermind, it was my bad. The order was on our testsite, not on the public site. So you are right, no order was made yet with a product from this category.

Hello Carst,
Yes if the products in categories have orders related to them then you should be seeing those categories in the filter. So i checked the fix we sent you in patch file with CSVI 7.7.1 version and it works for the issue the patch was created. I need to look at your database records to see what is going wrong. Can you PM me your site administrator login and FTP details to check?

It is the same problem as in the beginning of this ticket, there are orders with these products. So when I understand you right, the categories should be available. I don't know what is going wrong, and I have no idea how to get this working.

Hello Carst,
In HikaShop order export, only categories of products which have been ordered and are in HikaShop orders table will be shown in categories filter. The categories which you say don't show up in the filter have products ordered?

Hello Tharuna,

I think I still don't get this. We added new categories in Hikashop, but in the Filter option of the CSV Improved template, these categories are not visible. Could you please explain what to do so we are able to add new categories and products in Hikashop, and they will be available in CSV Improved as well?

Hello,
Is there a workaround the export all orders (nothing getting ignored), so I can change the id manually in the exported csv.

Try removing all the filters except This year in date range on Options tab in your export template and see if it exports all products.

hey,

the patch worked to get rid of the error!

The other problem with the export and conflicting product-id's is still there.
The product id of the "Duikpas" changed, so that product is in the database with two different id's.

Is there a workaround the export all orders (nothing getting ignored), so I can change the id manually in the exported csv.

Hello,
I had a look at your HikaShop data and could find that there are two products with ids 70 and 71 which are ordered for this year date range. Now when i look at the product_code of these products in hikashop_products table it is DUIKPAKKET and PRE-STIFT2017 but these products with same product_id are having different entries for product_code(PRE-DUIKPAS201711) in hikashop_order_product. CSVI matches these product_code in the export query when running the export. Since they don't match the product_code you must be seeing 16 rows and the rest is been ignored. Why is that the product_code have different values?

in the screenshot you can see that the template settings are: order status confirmed and range this year.
Furthermore the first order that should be in the export is from 02 Feb. 2018 as you can see in the orders.

For the error, You can set your error reporting to default and try the export. You can set it from Joomla under System -> Global Configuration -> Server -> Error Reporting-> System default.

And furthermore I want to export all orders from 1st of Feb 2018, but the export is not complete.

You have set order status filter to confirmed in your template and the date range is set for this year. Do you have orders with confirmed status with this date range in your database?

Hello,
Before i take a look at your site, Can you send your template XML and debug log to check? To get the debug log check where to get debug log information? document. To get the template XML file go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in first option and Backup templates in second option. Select your export template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.

As you can see in the screen-shots I added just now, there is for example an order of a product in de category "veiligheid", but as you say, the category is not visible because there are no orders of products in that category. But that is not true, as you can see...
