Resolved CSVI Pro fails to import UserGroup Map

I made an export and an import template of CSVI pro custom table of user_usergroup_map.
I import the file which is exported by CSVI pro, then CSVI pro shows an error message and failed to import the file.
Could you please help me what is wrong?

The error message is ...
An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
Duplicate entry '99-2' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=UPDATE `yotau_user_usergroup_map` SET `group_id`='2' WHERE `user_id`='99'

I attached the log file and exported file.

Hello,
You cannot use custom table import for this table as it don't have a primary key field. You can use Joomla user import for updating the usergroup of an user.

Single user can join multiple groups.
I want to set up the multiple groups outside joomla, by using text editor or excel.
So I want to export user information with multiple group information, and edit them, and then import them into joomla again.

Is it possible, if I use Joomla user import(and Export)?

Hello Yoji,

You can import multiple usergroup names for a user by combining them with the |-character. So you get a value like group1|group2|group3 for the usergroup_name field.

That is using the Joomla user import.

Please let me ask you a basic thing about Joomla user import function.

I made a template with the settings like an attached file 'template.jpg'.
But I couldn't make 'usergroup' field in the template.
I think that I misunderstood about Joomla user import.
How can I make template for Joomla user import in the document here?

Hello Yoji,
You have made the template correct, Next you need to add template fields to the template you have created where one of those fields would be usergroup_name. You can add fields either by going to Fields tab and use Edit template fields button on the page you have shared screenshot or you can go to Templates >> Template fields, select your template and add fields using New button on top.

I tried to add template fields, but there is no usergroup_name in the field list.
I tried to add the field by New button and Quick Add button, both.
I tried to create template of user group instead of user, but there is no usergroup_name and I couldn't add the field.
Have I failed to install DSVI?

Please try doing Updating Available field and check if you can see field after that.
