Hi Roland, I just upgrade to the Pro version 6.4.2, try to understand its operation, there is a tutorial?

When performing the first test import two errors that I do not know how to solve appear.

Templates tab: "Error Library path - administrator / components / com_csvi / addon / com_virtuemart can not be found."

Import Tab ". Error - The addon com virtuemart is not installed Please install the addon to continue further."

Thank you

Hello,

You can see the Virtuemart product import tutorials here

When performing the first test import two errors that I do not know how to solve appear.

Templates tab: "Error Library path - administrator / components / com_csvi / addon / com_virtuemart can not be found."

Import Tab ". Error - The addon com virtuemart is not installed Please install the addon to continue further."

It seems like you have not installed Virtuemart addon. Please install it and the error will be gone.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

OK! works and managed to import!
But one thing I do not understand and seems to fail:
I tried to use the character "|" HEAVY / injection / DEUTZ | MDEUTZ
For products to have multiple parallel categories (not just "Child";)
HEAVY + + INJECTION - DEUTZ
.. Also
| MDEUTZ | HYDRAULIC | RIGID | etc
....
This should have created a new category DEUTZ
and category MDEUTZ (parallel) did not work and not create a log to check
Any idea which may be my mistake?
Thanks

Hello,

The problem is that your file is not UTF-8 encoded. See point 4 on the Troubleshooting import errors document. Fix that and your import should be good as the columns look fine.
Kind regards,
