Resolved CSVI Not Showing in Extension LIst / Can't Upgrade to 7.2.3 PRO

PLEASE DELETE and disregard issue has been resolved.

Hi, I was using a previous version 5.21.2 and was trying to upgrade to 7.2.3, I was trying to uninstall 5.21.2 per the instructions prior to upgrading, but for some reason it was not showing up in my Extensions list. Is there a) a reason why it would not show up in extensions list. and b) Is there another way to uninstall the 5.21.2 version?

I also tried to upgrade to 7.2.3 but it failed so I have no use of 5.21.2 now either. What's the best way to clean this up so I can install 7.2.3.
