Hello,

On the Fields tab, click on Select after Group field and add the product_sku field. Click Save when done and save the template as well. Now run the export and you should have no more duplicates.
Kind regards,

That totally did the trick! Thanks alot!

One final question (so far): when I export the short description the results are shown in seperate lines instead of in one line. Please see the attached example,

Is it because there are HTML tags in short description?

Hello,

Is it because there are HTML tags in short description?
Correct but if you open it in a spreadsheet it will show in 1 cell.
Kind regards,

Perfect ! I got it one cell now! Thank you for your help Rolandd!

I have another problem now, my site language is set to Danish and it seems that CSVI have trouble with importing special letters like "æ", "ø", and "å".

The language in the import settings is also set to Danish as well as the shop is set to Danish. Am I doing anything wrong here?

If you are using Excel, set the Excel CSV to Yes, otherwise Excel won't read it as a UTF-8 file. Any other spreadsheet, just open the file as a UTF-8 file. That should be enough.
Kind regards,

My product_s_description and product_name contains "æøå". I can see them fine in excel no matter the format. My problem is that if I want to import them via CSVI and hit the preview it shows only blank data (Please see attached file 1.png)

I figured it out. It was indeed a UTF-8 problem. But of some reason Excel is saving the file in ANSI, so I have to open it in notepad and save it manually in UTF-8.

But it is working now!

Thanks for guiding me! :D
