CSVI 7.13, Joomla 3.9.12, Hikashop 4.1.2, hikamarket 3.0.2, php 7.2.22

Have a few templates set up all to export sales data for client. Category export with date ranges works ok, total sales works ok (once i group and then excel macro to separate sales for subsales as Hikamarket creates those for multi vendor). But the field at bottom of Options Tab behaves strangely. See attached caps1.jpg and caps 2.jpg

Observation: there is no connection between value in Category field (caps1.jpg) and what I can get to show up in Order Product field. It's not producing a subset of that category.

Getting values to display based on the three options that are populated below search field: Product ID, Product Code, Product name... what is the exact sequence of steps you recommend to get this search to work? I can't seem to replicate the same steps over and over... if I type in product_name, it displays but nothing below. If I delete that and hit return, sometimes i can get a listing, other times that doesn't work. ditto with product_name or Product name.

Should i be using the visual value, i'e Product Code or 'real' name, ie product_code.

Then what's next step? carriage return? delete>? Type over it with product code or name or ID??? I get wildly inconsistent results trying all of these options.

Please point me toward detailed documentation or tell me what the proper sequence is. I'm using Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Mac 10.13.6 High Sierra. Have not tried Firefox or Safari yet. Don't know if cache is an issue, i got inconsistent results regardless of cleared cache or not.

Thanks... hell of a nice product, i will definitely pay a visit to the joomla extensions site and rate.

Hello,

Yes that is correct. There is no connection between the Category field and Order product field. They work as independent export filters.

The search works based on the characters entered in the text box. The text entered is searched in both product_code and product_name fields. It is an ajax search where results are refreshed and displayed based on the text entered or deleted. There is no need to hit return in this field. You just need to type in few characters of product name or product code to see the result.

Should i be using the visual value, i'e Product Code or 'real' name, ie product_code.

No you just need to enter the value of either product_name or product_code. For example to display products with text "Helly" (as per your screenshot caps1.jpg) just enter the text "Helly" in the textbox and you should see the products filtered by this text.

Then what's next step? carriage return? delete>? Type over it with product code or name or ID??? I get wildly inconsistent results trying all of these options.

From your screenshot i see that all the products are listed when there is nothing entered in the search textbox. The attached patch file will fix that display. Please load the attached patch file, clear the cache and then try the search again.

Thank you for your feedback.
