CSVI Pro on Joomla 3.3 is the exact same version as the one for Joomla 2.5. There is no official release yet of VirtueMart for Joomla 3.3 but it should work pretty much the same for CSVI. The only thing I want to double check is the custom fields, as this may have changed. I am not clear on that.
As for handbooks, there are a bunch of tutorials in the Support section explaining how to import/export VirtueMart data.
