Resolved CSVI does not export all available VM products

Hi,
we use: Joomla! 3.6.4 with VirtueMart 3.0.14 and CSVI Pro 7.1.0

When we try to export all VM products of a category, csvi does not export all of them. We tried every possible option but with no success at all. Attached the settings we used.

Any help appreciated.

Hello,
In your export template settings on Options tab, you have set filter Parent products only to No and Child products only to Yes. This is exporting only the child products in the category and not the parent products. Change the filter Parent products only to Yes and try the export. See if you get all the products then.

still the same, it exports just 20 of 40 products

Hello,

There is nothing odd in your debug log that would explain why there is less products exported unless it is because you are grouping on the category name. I assume your 40 products are in that category you are filtering on. Can you set the group by to virtuemart_product_id and remove any other settings you have there. Run the export then, that should give all unique products.

thank you, deleting all group fields under the fields section and add just virtuemart_product_id did the job!
