Resolved CSVI Addons you have installed are outdated

Hello

CSVI has been implemented for a client of mine since 2015.

Recently, their upgraded Joomla & Virtuemart so they also bought the latest version of CSVi - 7.3 - successfully installed the package.

Unfortunately, we are still getting "CSVI Addons you have installed are outdated" error csvi.jpg .

Searching within this forum, found some other users having this error - apparently the correct addon not included.

Would appreciate if you assist.

Hello Patrick,
Yes that is the problem. You can download latest CSVI VirtueMart addon from CSVI Downloads page and on CSVI Pro Extensions section.

The VM add-on is version 6.43 csvi.jpg

This could be the problem.

Please let me have the url to download the latest 7.3 version.

Hello Patrick,
In the message you have posted as screenshot, click on the link "you can see the current list of...." to go to extension manager. Which version of CSVI VirtueMart addon you see in there? Can you post a screenshot of the page?
