Somehow the site has these extensions installed but are not removed from the database. First thing you can check is, if you go to Discover and discover extensions to see if they show up. If they show up, install them and after that you can uninstall them using Joomla.

If the extensions do not show up, you will have to remove the extension manually from the database. Using a program like PhpMyAdmin you go to the extensions table and remove the obsolete entries. That is the only way to do this if Joomla doesn't show them.

I am still wondering how you managed to do this :)

When you click on the click link of the current list what do you see there? This message is either because there is a plugin that is outdated or because in the folder administrator/cache/csvi is an old file. We need to find out which one of the two this is.

If you go to System -> Clear Cache and filter on Administrator, do you see CSVI? If so, you can delete that. The message should be gone then.

There may be an issue with the version check. Can you please load the patch file and empty the cache again. After that see if the message is gone.

There is something in your setup I think that doesn't validate the version numbers. Can you go to Maintenance, choose CSVI Pro and then Restore template. Select the template I attached here.

You can then go to Export and select the Manifests template. After you run the export, please attach the exported file for me to check.

Can you edit the template and on the Options tab select extensions so it looks like the screenshot? After that save and run the export again.

So that has helped. In the export I can see you have several addons installed that are outdated:
  • EZ Realty
  • HikaShop
  • K2
  • RSForm!Pro
These are all version 7.0.2. You can either update these addons or uninstall them. If you are not using them, uninstallation is recommended.

I tried to remove everything related to CSVI and reinstalled it. I tried to update all the plugins that are available through the download to version 7.11.0. The result is still the same.
As can be seen from the new manifest, the "PLG_CSVIADDON_EZREALTY_DESCRIPTION" (v7.0.2, new version of this plugin I do not see in the update on your site) and "Compare field value and display message" (v7.1.0) are not updated.

The reason you do not see a new version of EZ Realty is because this extension ceased to be developed many years ago. So if you are not using this extension, you better uninstall this addon.

It is also not listed as a supported addon anymore.

I do not use EZ Realty and this addon is not worth it.

Maybe it was previously, perhaps the old version of the plugin was installed by mistake. I tried to completely uninstall everything related to the CSVI, and installed only the CSVI PRO and the plug-in for the Virtuemart.
