Resolved CSV Improved adding top level categories

When adding a new item which needs the creation of a new category, CSV Improved adds the whole category path in the file, including a new top level category. Is there a setting where the file can recognize that a top level category is already on the website but only to append the child category to the already existing top level category?
The attached CSV file, Brand Names and Tableware top level categories been previously created but CSV import have created them again.

When writting the path in the CSV file, there should be no space between the | and the next Category branch. e.g. top_category|child_category and not top_category | child_category
