Hello,
I can see from your post that you are running Joomla 2.5 version. Can you also tell us which version of CSVI you are using?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
First thing is that you are running very old versions of Joomla and CSVI which are out of support. Inspite of that, the 500 error is because of the fatal error posted in your previous reply and the error is caused by Joomla and not by CSVI. One reason could be that you are using latest PHP version with old extensions and Joomla, which version of PHP you are using?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

So we checked a little bit further and one thing that stands out is that in the list of notices there is this line
/home/ekkinox/www/cms/administrator/components/com_csvivirtuemart/csvivirtuemart.php on line 47
The com_csvivirtuemart is the name of CSVI version up to 3.x. You stated that you are using CSVI 5.21.2 so the name should be com_csvi instead.

All this means is that there seems to be a mix of old and new CSVI versions on your site. Are you sure you have chosen the correct CSVI instance? If you only have one CSVI version installed, then it may be a bit of a mess. In that case it is best to remove CSVI completely and remove any tables from your database that start with csvi_ or csvivirtuemart and after that do a clean installation of CSVI 5.21.2.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

The problem I think is that you don't check what you are doing, CSVI isn't a magic button to export all and then import all. You have to read the documentation as well. We actually have a document to explain how to export data from VirtueMart and import it into HikaShop, which is called Export VirtueMart data and import to HikaShop. My suggestion is to start there and start with a few fields only.

VirtueMart and HikaShop are two completely different systems and CSVI isn't a migration tool where you can click one button to make it work. So it is going to require some patience as well. I am sure you can get it done.
Kind regards,

RolandD
