Dear Roland
I don't see any cron jobs working, and I'm receiving a response from the server via email.
This is the text:
COM_CSVI_CRON_HELP_COMMAND
COM_CSVI_CANNOT_LOAD_TEMPLATE

Obviously, there's no log file.
