We have problems in the start-up of the cron job for the stock update. I attached the php file created and the response we received via email and we do not know how to solve it.
As the message says, you are trying to run a file via the web that is not meant for the web. A cronjob file must be run from the command line. As the message says, you should consult the documentation. See here the first 2 entries for documentation on cron jobs. If you cannot run a real cron job, you should use the front-end export/import.
